Download QuestionnaireOnce we have your questionnaire, we'll set up a time to meet at your property. We'll walk the space together, talk about what you have in mind, and take photos and measurements — everything we need to get started.
Completely FREEAfter our visit, once we have everything we need, we'll send you a design proposal outlining the scope of work and the design fee. Once you're ready to move forward, we get to work.
Starting from $400Once the design is ready, we'll schedule a time to walk you through everything — plans, plant selections, materials and the full estimate. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 weeks depending on scope. We include up to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional changes after that are available at an extra cost.
1–3 weeks delivery · 3 revisions includedOnce you've approved the design and estimate, we'll ask for a 60% deposit to kick things off and lock in your spot on the schedule.
60% deposit to beginOnce the deposit is received, we'll lock in your start date and walk you through everything that needs to be in place before we begin. We want to make sure the project kicks off smoothly from day one.
Confirmed date · Clear timelineAs the project moves forward, a progress payment of 30% may be requested depending on the size of the job. Diego is on site throughout the build — managing the crew, checking quality, and making sure everything is built exactly as designed.
30% progress payment · Diego on siteWhen the work is done, we walk the property together and go over every detail. If anything needs a final touch, we take care of it right then. Once you're happy with everything, the remaining 10% closes out the project.
Final 10% · Full walkthroughDownload the questionnaire, fill it out at your own pace, and send it back. We'll take it from there.
